Ely's passion for baking and teaching has increase every day. Ely is a sophomore in the Baking and Pastry Arts career at Johnson & Wales University, Providence Rhode Island. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and has been involved in the pastry world for about six years now, growing and trying to discover the field she wants to specialize as a Pastry chef, she also loves teaching and inspire through her culinary creations. Our goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to create culinary masterpieces in your own kitchen while enjoying every aspect of baking.
